A former high school basketball player, Dr. Lewis brings both athletic experience and a strong educational foundation to her program. Her coaching philosophy is simple: “Build character first, champions second.” She believes in developing confident, disciplined, and supportive athletes who understand that teamwork, respect, and perseverance matter both on and off the court. Her goal is to help cheerleaders grow as leaders while fostering a positive, high-energy team culture.
One of her most memorable moments as a coach came when the squad debuted a brand-new halftime routine after weeks of hard work and the crowd erupted with cheers. The pride on the athletes’ faces reminded her why she loves coaching.
Outside of school, Dr. Lewis enjoys DIY home projects, creative content creation, and traveling. She is a proud mom to a high school junior and an avid traveler.
